if any one has been viewing my site then i humbly apologize that i wasn't able to post any more because i had taken it upon myself to find the most perfect workout to really become superhuman. and crazy enough i think i have. but before you people who are interested in this are to start it there is going to be alot of conditioning involved. here is the conditioning
1. you do bodyweight exersises like the pushup until you master it enouh to do the 1 arm pushup
-pike
-dive bomber
and so on untill they are completely mastered then you move on to adding weight on the mastery on it then move on to other bodyweight exersices when you have mastered them come back and the next thing will be here. :)
