if any one has been viewing my site then i humbly apologize that i wasn't able to post any more because i had taken it upon myself to find the most perfect workout to really become superhuman. and crazy enough i think i have. but before you people who are interested in this are to start it there is going to be alot of conditioning involved. here is the conditioning
1. you do bodyweight exersises like the pushup until you master it enouh to do the 1 arm pushup
-pike
-dive bomber
and so on untill they are completely mastered then you move on to adding weight on the mastery on it then move on to other bodyweight exersices when you have mastered them come back and the next thing will be here. :)

dumbbell hammers stop half way 30
DB swing and walk forward with squat 30
single leg DB side dead lift 30

10 second DB hold out
10 second DB hold out

50 pile squat calf raises
50 lunges forward

The 20/20/20 with My Philosopy
abs and lower back
- abs
- sit up straight all day long
- squeeze abs as tight as possible through out workout.
- even on breaks
- crunches 20/20/20 straight/second crunch hold/straight
- crunch 20/20/20 side/second hold/side
- twisting 20/20/20 twist/second hold/twist
- leg lift 20/20/20 not touching ground/v-hold/not touching ground
- lower back
- squeeze butt and hamstrings throughout
- hyper-extend 20/20/20
- leg and upper body lift same time 20/20/20
- twist 20/20/20
- single side 20/20/20

The first week of becoming super
3:30am 1/17/13 just woke up and ready to start my training.
today's training:
PHYSICAL = ABS and UPPER BACK
MENTAL= READ 35 pages
INTELLECTUAL= write down 20 things and memorize them
BODY: hygiene
Brush teeth for 5 minutes
Take a shower
get a nap eat breakfast
stretch
go to school
come home then homework 1 hour
eat/study 2 hrs
repeat for 1 week.
abs: lying leg lifts 2 sets of 15
lying sideways leg lifts 2 sets of 15
hanging on bar bring your knees to your chest then twist and go down in a twisting motion then get back up 2 sets of 15
UPPER BACK: handstand push ups with fingers facing each other 10 then hold for 10 seconds count.

my introduction
I have always wondered of ways that i could become super human. when i see things like dragon ball and i always want to be like them. but the problem is that you cannot. i will also try to master my own body weight and try and do stuff like the planche etc. the only thing i hated was that every where you look for advise people are trying to get you to buy their products. which if you ask me probably don't work if they is no money back guarantee. i will be making videos of what i do in order to obtain it. i will be posting a video every single day. just to let you guys know my actual name isn't SAM blue. i am also a high school student.
