The first week of becoming super

3:30am 1/17/13 just woke up and ready to start my training.
today's training:
PHYSICAL = ABS and UPPER BACK
MENTAL= READ 35 pages
INTELLECTUAL= write down 20 things and memorize them
BODY: hygiene
Brush teeth for 5 minutes
Take a shower
get a nap eat breakfast
stretch
go to school
come home then homework 1 hour
eat/study 2 hrs
repeat for 1 week.
abs: lying leg lifts 2 sets of 15
lying sideways leg lifts 2 sets of 15
hanging on bar bring your knees to your chest then twist  and go down in a twisting motion then get back up 2 sets of 15
UPPER BACK: handstand push ups with fingers facing each other 10 then hold for 10 seconds count.
